Policies
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SWYPE, including swypeswap.com, creator payment tools, payment requests, public swap, private swap, fiat-connected routing, analytics, and related features.
SWYPE is the public-facing brand and product environment. DegenStudios is the operating legal entity behind the service.
Operating jurisdiction: London, United Kingdom. No public company registration number is listed on this site at this time.
Official written correspondence is handled through verified @swypeswap.com email channels while a dedicated public mailing address is being finalized. Verified channels include support@swypeswap.com for support and legal matters, security@swypeswap.com for security issues, press@swypeswap.com for media matters, and partner@swypeswap.com for partnerships.
By accessing or using SWYPE, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, and Compliance Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use SWYPE only if you are legally allowed to do so in your jurisdiction and have the authority to agree to these terms for yourself or any organization you represent.
SWYPE provides software and interface tools for crypto payment collection, payment requests, routing assistance, public swap, private swap, and certain hosted fiat-connected flows. Features may change, be limited, or be removed at any time.
SWYPE is designed as non-custodial software. We do not take custody of customer balances as a custodian, and we do not ask users for seed phrases or wallet recovery phrases.
Supported transactions may rely on third-party providers such as exchanges, quote providers, payment processors, hosted checkout providers, or settlement infrastructure providers. Those third parties operate under their own rules, technical limits, and terms.
SWYPE may compare, select, combine, change, or replace supported providers in order to improve route availability, quality, pricing, or operational reliability. A route shown or created by SWYPE may therefore depend on systems outside our direct control.
You understand and accept that provider-specific restrictions, fees, compliance decisions, minimums, liquidity, or outages may affect route availability, timing, and settlement outcomes.
You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before sending funds, including the amount, asset, destination, wallet address, and any supported network or hosted-checkout instructions.
You must provide only wallet addresses and information you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the legality of your own activity, your tax obligations, and your compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for promptly notifying us if you believe your account, email, or device has been compromised.
You may not use SWYPE for fraud, phishing, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, wallet draining, stolen-funds movement, market abuse, malware distribution, unlawful solicitation, or other activity that violates law or harms users or the service.
You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, interfere with infrastructure, scrape protected data, abuse APIs, impersonate SWYPE, or use cloned interfaces or deceptive branding to mislead others.
Quotes, exchange rates, provider availability, and network conditions can change quickly. Estimated outputs shown before transaction creation may differ from final settlement because of market movement, liquidity changes, provider behavior, or blockchain conditions.
Crypto transactions may be delayed, irreversible, partially completed, restricted, refunded, or rejected. Private-swap and cross-provider routes can involve multiple external stages, and each stage carries operational and network risk.
SWYPE cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, route availability, or any specific outcome, even where we design the product to reduce failure risk and improve recoverability.
SWYPE may use available information to assess risks related to fraud, sanctions exposure, phishing, abuse, or other unlawful activity. We may warn, restrict, review, block, or suspend activity where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, or platform protection.
External providers used in a route may perform their own compliance or risk checks and may independently reject or restrict a transaction. SWYPE is not responsible for those third-party determinations.
SWYPE is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWYPE, DegenStudios, and their operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, or digital assets arising from or related to your use of the service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of SWYPE after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
For support, legal notices, or questions about these terms, contact support@swypeswap.com. Security issues should be reported to security@swypeswap.com.
